My work has delivered immersive, interactive learning experiences through augmented and virtual reality, and advanced the use of AI-driven personalisation to transform healthcare training.
I am deeply committed to building future leaders. As part of this, I have played a central role in designing and delivering national programmes such as the NHS Digital Academy’s Digital Health Leadership Programme, supporting the development of a new generation of leaders equipped to shape the future of healthcare delivery.
At the same time, I have worked to drive systemic change by forging strategic academic and commercial partnerships, winning national awards for innovations in healthcare education, and contributing research that has directly improved postgraduate medical training across the NHS. My focus is always on creating scalable, sustainable impact, ensuring that innovation, leadership development, and system-wide transformation go hand in hand.
Over the past 20 years, I have built an international reputation as a leader in healthcare education and digital innovation. My focus is on empowering healthcare professionals to drive change through data-driven decision making, evidence-based leadership, and system-wide transformation.
Through my work with organisations such as the NHS Leadership Academy and other national and international partners, I continue to design and deliver education programmes that equip healthcare leaders with the skills to navigate complexity, lead innovation, and deliver value-based, sustainable change.
My long-term ambition is to contribute meaningfully to the future of health and social care by developing leadership capability at every level, ensuring that innovation, evidence, and improvement are embedded at the heart of healthcare systems worldwide.
